- Due to the nature of our business we do not accept cancellations or returns, except in the case of the product being damaged during transit, to be determined by
SugarShackRecords.co.uk.
- Cancellations are allowed in certain situations such as extreme lateness on expected shipping of a product from the manufacture, etc; to be determined by
SugarShackRecords.co.uk.
- Cancellations on Preordered items are subject to a 25% re-stock fee; to be determined by
SugarShackRecords.co.uk.
- All products are inspected thoroughly for damage before shipping.
- Please note all Items are "IN STOCK" unless an item is stated "PREORDER". Our order policy is firm, meaning that we do not order, hold or place aside any quantities of products until payment is verified/received.
NOTES:
- We charge all orders when placed to verify that the card is valid and to secure your order. We must receive money order payments within 2 weeks of placing an order or we can not guarantee the order.
- Money order customers should e-mail for availability of products.
